Researchers from the USA National Standard Institute develop new simple technology forming memory elements, based on very cheap material- titan dioxide.
Elements with flexibility are very necessary in many applications, for example creation of microscopic sensors in medical applications – pulse frequency, level of blood sugar and etc.
They could be attached to human skin of patients. The resistance of such kind of memory elements depends on total value of transiting charge.
Researchers made some experiments with polymer thin plates, such as plates for wall picture slides, created on the base of surface thin films of titan dioxide.
